| This book focuses on identification and resolution of drug-related problems (DRPs) utilizing a systematic approach. Each chapter begins with the 'description of the patient', i.e. demographics, present complaints, past medical history, family history, social history, allergies, medication history, relevant vitals and laboratory values. This is followed by the â DRP assessmentâ consisting of checking for the presence of any DRP class and providing solutions of the identified DRPs according to the most recent pharmacotherapy knowledge.
