| This volume includes six chapters, each of which provides updates in the field of engineering research. Chapter One reviews how cognitive radio schemes such as spectrum pooling among others improve the use of millimeter waves in mobile networks. Chapter Two introduces coupling theory and exhibits two manipulation methods for array antennas.
