| Philosophy has long wondered about relations between a happy and an honest, moral life. This book includes chapters on the relationship between the satisfaction with life (the cognitive component of subjective well-being) and happiness. Furthermore, the economics of happiness and subjective well-being (SWB) has been the focus of considerable attention among social scientists recently.
