| This book is a compilation of CRS reports on the Small Business Administrations (SBAs) Small Business Investment Company (SBIC). The opening report discusses the programs statistics, structure and operations. The SBAs 7(a) loan guaranty program is discussed as it is one of the most significant programs aimed at supporting small businesses.
